Why regular sessions make a difference

With regular sessions, sound healing becomes a familiar and comforting part of your residents' routine. Over time, the sounds, instruments, and experience become more familiar, helping residents feel more comfortable, relaxed and engaged during the session.

Peace and relaxation

A gentle space to slow down, settle and experience deep relaxation.

Easier evenings

Staff often report residents settle more easily on session days.

Familiarity and routine

Over time, the sounds and experience become more familiar, creating a comforting addition to the residents' routine.

Support for residents with dementia

Sessions offer a way to connect and engage without relying on conversation, memory or instruction.

What happens on the day

1
Set up

We arrive before the session to set up the instruments. All we need is a quiet space and chairs set up in a semi-circle.

2
A short introduction

Residents are welcomed and guided into the experience so everyone feels comfortable and knows what to expect.

3
The sound healing experience

The instruments are played live, creating a calming and immersive soundscape. Residents simply sit or lie back with their eyes closed, and receive.

4
A gentle close

The session finishes slowly, allowing residents a few moments to come back to the space. Optionally, they can share about their experience.

Monthly retainers

Consistency is what allows residents to truly receive the deeper benefits. A regular rhythm of sound healing helps create emotional stability, familiarity, and trust, allowing each session to build upon the last.
