What is a sound healing session?

During a sound healing session, live instruments are used to create a calming and immersive experience, giving the mind and body space to slow down, relax and reset.

Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, monochord, ocean drum and other instruments are played live to create layers of sound and vibration. Sessions can be experienced comfortably seated or lying down and are tailored to the group and setting.

Meet Yuliia

The practice behind Harmonic Waves

Harmonic Waves grew from my own experience with sound and the profound impact it had on my wellbeing. What started as a personal journey naturally became something I wanted to share with others.

Over time, I realised this work didn't need to be limited to studios. I wanted to bring sound healing directly to people — in aged care homes, workplaces, private homes and community spaces.

Every session is created in person and adapted to the people and the space. My intention is simple: to create a moment to slow down, reconnect and experience the power of sound.
